Zeta Tau Alpha

Zeta Tau Alpha colonized on Seton Hall's campus in the Fall of 2016 making them the newest NPC sorority on campus. They are the second largest NPC organization with 169 active chapters and over 245,000 members worldwide. They were founded on October 15, 1898 at the Virginia State Female Normal School
(now Longwood University) in Farmville, Virginia by nine women who sought to strengthen their friendship with one another. Since then ZTA has worked to provide its members with an organization focused on intensifying friendship, and fostering of a spirit of love. Their colors are turquoise blue and steel gray and their symbols are a five pointed crown and a strawberry.

The sisters of ZTA are devoted to their philanthropy, Breast Cancer Awareness, and hold events like a pink out on the green or Think Pink with ZTA. They also work with the American Cancer Society for their Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Walk.

Signature Events

Think Pink Gala

  • One of our main philanthropy events for our Think Pink week in October. We hold this open to not only our sisters but to their friends and family, to spread education and awareness of Breast Cancer. We have food, raffles, and a guest survivor who comes and speaks about their journey. It really is such a heartfelt night and it makes us as a chapter feel the love from others who show up to support such an important philanthropy.

Yankees Game

  • Sisters attended a Yankees Game this past fall, and they all had an amazing time. It was a great way to get off campus with our sisters and enjoy the company of each other at a baseball game!

Alumni Kickball event-

  • ran by our Intramural Chair. It was a really fun way to bring some of the alumni back and see how we have grown as a chapter!

Big Man on Campus

  •  This is an event where fraternities perform a dance almost like a talent show, and CPC presidents get to vote on their favorite performance. This was a great way to get all fraternities and sororities involved in a philanthropy event.
